Adam has 18 years’ experience working in broadcast media, digital marketing, and global advertising agencies.

He spent eight years at full-service digital agency Outside Line, where he set up one of the UK’s first in-house content teams. He has lead the creation of work for a diverse portfolio of some of the world's biggest brands, including Toyota, Pampers, HSBC, Adidas, Beck’s Vier & Budweiser.  Receiving numerous awards and recognition from the likes of Music Week, Webby, YouTube Works, Google, and DMA.

In 2018 he moved to Berlin where he co-founded Black Paint, and now splits his time between the vibrant German capital and his home city, London.

Alex Vivian
Head of Content and Production

Alex has over a decade’s experience immersed in advertising, network

TV, brand partnerships and online content.  He has worked with global brands like Google, Intel, VW and MTV on highly successful content campaigns.

A graduate of the New York Film Academy, Alex has honed his film-making craft over a career that began in post-production, working under some of the industries biggest directors, before shifting into production roles and directing. This broad experience has given him an understanding of the entire film-making process that stands out in the finished work.

He has run multiple production departments within world-leading advertising agencies and has also won numerous awards for his directing work.  He believes that no matter the budget or brand, every job deserves the same passion and attention to detail.

I believe that 95% of what's out there creates the background noise you have to stand out from. And that remaining 5% can be the work that people remember for the rest of their lives. That is my focus as a creative and producer and I love every bit of the collaboration that leads to that success.
